★If you also would like to go to Takasu Snow Park Area, it is possible to get a combo ticket at lift ticket booth with additional payment; adult→+¥500, child→FREE.
★You might not be able to move between two ski resorts due to snow condition.
★A separate deposit of ¥500 will be collected as an IC card security deposit when exchanging your lift pass. The ¥500 deposit will be refunded upon card return.

- This is a one-day trip bus tour. You cannot change the return day.
･Please leave your baggage in a pay-locker at the ski resort.
･Any arrival and departure time could be late due to traffic congestion or weather condition etc. We will not be able to arrange for taxi or accommodation if the return time is late.
･Theft, losing or mislaying property happen often at departure, arrival and rest place. Loading and unloading on the bus are just a free service of a crew, and no responsibility for custody of your property.
Please look after your personal belongings by yourself...
･Please fasten your sheet belt on a bus. Children 3 years old and under may not join this tour since they cannot fasten the belt because of its structure.
･Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
･Please refrain from drinking alcohol and consuming strong-smelling food on the bus.
･We cannot guarantee availabilities of rental items. No refund if you cannot rent your preferred size or wait for a long time to rent at the resort on the tour day.
･The tour will not be run if there is no booking 10 days prior to the departure date.
･A room for trunk of a tour bus is limited. Large baggage such as large-size suitcases (total dimensions: 150cm～) or snow scoots might not be accepted.
･The tour might be cancelled due to the traffic congestion, snow condition or other reasons. Trip cancellation will be informed at the meeting place.
※No refund for the travel expenses from your home to the meeting place.

Cancellation Fee
The date of cancellation confirmation shall be determined according to Japan Standard Time (JST).
Requests to cancel travel arrangements must be submitted during our designated business hours.
If you contact us outside of business hours, the date for calculating any applicable cancellation fees will be the next business day.
