- This is a one-day trip taxi tour. You cannot change the return day.
･Please leave your baggage in a pay-locker at the ski resort.
･Any arrival and departure time could be late due to traffic congestion or weather condition etc. We will not be able to arrange for taxi, accommodation if the return time is late.
･Theft, losing or mislaying property happen often at departure, arrival and rest place. Loading and unloading on the taxi are just a free service of a crew, and no responsibility for custody of your property.
Please look after your personal belongings by yourself.
･Smoking is prohibited on the taxi.
･The tour might be cancelled due to the traffic congestion, snow condition or other reasons. Trip cancellation will be informed at the meeting place.
※No refund for the travel expenses from your home to the meeting place.

The date of cancellation confirmation shall be determined according to Japan Standard Time (JST).
Requests to cancel travel arrangements must be submitted during our designated business hours.
If you contact us outside of business hours, the date for calculating any applicable cancellation fees will be the next business day.
